What size box or board should I order?

All our portion sizes are meant for snacking. If you would like more of a meal, it is suggested you go up in size.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We can accommodate a variety of dietary preferences (gluten free, keto, vegan)

Can you accommodate allergy restrictions?

If you have an allergy restriction, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate but our products are not prepared in an allergen-free environment and we cannot guarantee our products are completely free of allergen.

Our products may come in contact with milk, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts and eggs.

Do You offer Pickup?

When available, all orders are available for pickup in Redwood City.

Pickup times when available:

Monday-Friday 3:30pm - 6:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is dependent on availability and subject to a delivery fee.

How long do your boards and boxes keep?

Our boards and boxes are best eaten the day of pickup but can remain refrigerated for up to 48 hours.

When should I take my board or box out of the fridge before serving it?

It is best to take your board or box out of the fridge about 30 minutes prior to consuming it. This allows the flavors of the cheeses to flourish.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you submit your order request, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your payment and secure payment. Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been made. You will also receive a calendar invite confirming your order.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made via all major credit cards.
